The ongoing implementation of MBUs in the SAR factories is meant to increase involvement, improve motivation and increase operational efficiency for sustainable operations.
The “MBU journey” that started with the roll out of the “Goal Alignment” module at Kurunegala during the 3rd quarter last year, is being rolled out in Ponda, Bicholim Moga, Nanjangud, Choladi and Pantnagar factories. “Goal Alignment” ensures all teams and every team member in these factories knows how their goals relate to and support the organisation’s overall goals.
Kurunegala factory has now gone ahead to implement the “Team LEadership” module which would help in participation and to develop the team’s leadership, by gaining insights into personal leadership behaviours.
