- Complete the following REGISTRATION FORM below and click SEND REGISTRATION FORM button. This will email your registration form to our office.
- Upon receipt of your Registration Form, a Tax Invoice will then be emailed back to you.
- Payment can be made electronically, quoting your Account Name and our Tax Invoice number as reference details. Our banking details are detailed on the Tax Invoice. A purchase order number or advance payment secures your booking.
- No refunds or credit notes will be issued.
- Delegates may be replaced by another person from the company. Kindly advise us accordingly so that we may ensure that all delegates have a name badge for the conference.
- Non-arrivals will be subject to full payment.
